Plant3D Project Database (ProcessPower.dcf)

The Plant3D project database — the ProcessPower.dcf file at the root of a Plant3D project — holds data that spans the whole project rather than a single drawing, including every asset's UDA values. A drawing on its own only has each asset's built-in properties (like Tag, geometry, layer); the custom fields require this database to be present and pointed to.

This is why a Plant3D extraction/write-back tool needs the project database set (usually auto-detected next to the DWG folder) to do anything beyond the basics — it isn't optional the way, say, a backup folder is.
