Refund Policy

The Toolkit comes with a free 30-day trial of everything it does, so you can try your own drawings before you pay. A Toolkit licence key (monthly, yearly or one-time) can be refunded within 14 days of the purchase, as long as the key has not been activated on any computer. Once the key is activated the licence is in use and the purchase can no longer be refunded; the account page shows whether a refund is still possible.

To ask, email us at the address below with your order email (or the receipt you received). A refunded purchase ends the licence: the key stops working at the next licence check. The first-month price of a monthly plan is refunded in the amount that was paid. Refunds go back to your original payment method for the full amount, including any tax that was collected, and usually appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.

If the Toolkit does not work on your computer or with your drawings, or is not what the page described, contact us in any case. We will fix it or find a fair outcome, whether or not the key was activated.

Right of withdrawal: if the law of your country gives consumers a right to withdraw from a distance purchase within a fixed period, that right ends for digital content once the licence key has been delivered to you with your consent. The purchase page tells you this before you buy. By activating the key you confirm that the licence is delivered at once and you lose the right of withdrawal from that moment.

Cancelling a monthly or yearly plan stops the next payment; it does not refund a period that has already been paid for, except as described above.

Pro licenses come with a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund window from the date of purchase. If a Tool isn't working out for you within that window, email us at the address below with your order email (or the receipt you received) and we'll refund the purchase — no need to justify why.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method for the full amount you paid, including any sales tax or VAT that was collected. You can ask us, or contact Link support (https://support.link.com), which handles payment support for purchases made through Stripe's Managed Payments. A refund typically appears on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Requests made after the 30-day window are reviewed case by case — contact us and we'll do our best to find a fair outcome.

This refund policy governs money back on a purchase only. It doesn't expand, waive, or otherwise affect the Limitation of Liability in our Terms of Service — a refund isn't an admission that a Tool caused any damage or data loss.

Circuit libraries and single circuits are digital files that you download. You can ask for a refund within 14 days of the purchase, as long as you have not downloaded any file from that purchase. As soon as a download starts, the files are with you and the purchase can no longer be refunded; the account page shows whether a refund is still possible.

If a file is damaged, does not open, or is not what the page described, contact us in any case. We will fix it or find a fair outcome, whether or not you have downloaded it.

By starting the download you agree that the files are delivered to you at once and you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal from that moment; until then you may withdraw as described above.

Education licences are free, so there is nothing to refund. The 30-day window above applies to Pro licenses only.
