CXPLCLOSEMeasuring and polylinesVersion 1.0.0Tested in AutoCAD
Close polylines whose ends almost meet
Closes open polylines whose end lies within a distance you set of their start, and removes a doubled last point when the ends are exactly on top of each other.
How to use it
- Type CXPLCLOSE and select the open polylines.
- Enter the largest gap that may be closed.
- Polylines with a bigger gap are left open.
Good to know
- Useful before hatching or area measuring.
Load it in AutoCAD
- Save the file anywhere you like.
- Type APPLOAD, pick the file and choose Load.
- Type the command name: CXPLCLOSE.
To have it at every start, add it to the Startup Suite in the same dialog, or load a whole folder at once with the optional loader. About the optional loader
Tested in AutoCAD (full version). Other programs that run AutoLISP may work, but they are not tested.
