ResourcesFree title block templates for AutoCAD (DWG)
ISO A0 · Portrait
36 sheet templates (ISO A4 to A0, ANSI A to E, ARCH C to E, each in landscape and portrait) with a choice of five title block styles and labels in nine languages: English, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, German, French, Italian and Spanish. Every file opens with the layout ready: sheet size set, frame and centring marks drawn, one viewport at 1:1, and a title block made of a block with attributes, so you can fill it in by hand or update many drawings at once. The set also includes Chinese GB sheets (A4 to A0) with the 25 mm binding margin.
Free to use and modify in your own projects, including commercial ones. Each ZIP holds one plain DWG file in AutoCAD 2018 format and a short README; no add-in needed. Provided as is, without warranty. Library terms (CXL-1.0)

Only the printed labels change. The attribute names (COMPANY, TITLE, REV and so on) stay in English in every language, so BlockSync and scripts work the same. This choice is independent of the language of this website and is remembered.
What is inside every template
- A paper-space layout with the sheet size and plotter (DWG To PDF) set, plot scale 1:1, and a frame with margins and centring marks.
- A title block at the bottom right, one block named TITLEBLOCK with attributes; its size and fields depend on the style (basic: 110 × 30 mm with 12 attributes).
- One viewport over the whole frame at scale 1:1. It is locked: unlock it before you change the scale.
- A rectangle in model space on the DRAWING-AREA layer that shows exactly what the viewport shows; it does not plot. Draw inside it.
- Clean layers: FRAME, TITLEBLOCK, VIEWPORT and DRAWING-AREA (the last two do not plot). ISO files are in millimetres, ANSI and ARCH files in inches.

How to use a template
- Open the DWG and save it under your own name, or save it as a drawing template (.dwt) to start new drawings from it.
- Double-click the title block (or run EATTEDIT) and fill in the fields. To fill in many drawings at once, use BlockSync.
- Draw in model space inside the DRAWING-AREA rectangle. For a scale other than 1:1, unlock the viewport, set its scale (for example 1:100) and scale the rectangle by the same factor.
- Choose your printer or PDF plotter in the layout's page setup and plot. The sheet size is already set.
